Weekend Recap 9/15

We kicked off the weekend by spending our Friday night doing come shopping at Lowe's for some storm doors.....real exciting stuff, be jealous! We stopped at Chick-fil-a for dinner. I'm totally impressed by their kids menu by the way. The cup of fruit was a big bowl of fresh strawberries, Mandarin oranges, apples, and grapes. They also had the squeeze packets of cinnamon apple sauce as an option. AND the had disposable place mats that stick to the table.

After little man took his nap in the car at he park, from my Saturday post, we enjoyed some more of the beautiful weather. We walked around the pond and watched the ducks. There were a ton of them! We went over to one spot were you can buy food to feed the ducks to sit down since there were more over there. A couple were running around picking up leftover pieces, they weren't that close but apparently MJ thought they were close enough because we wasn't a big fan. He likes then further away :)

Saturday night we had people over for the Iowa vs Iowa State football game. All the kiddos got to play together.

And this was our view our entire Sunday. Madden's favorite toy was climbing back and forth through the coffee table.
