Happy Birthday Dave!

Yesterday was my husbands big 30th birthday! I throw a birthday party for him in which about 20 of our close friends and family came over to celebrate. The best part (I think) was the cake! I asked Hy-vee if they could make a beer mug cake and they did, this was a first for them ha ha! I think it actually turned out pretty good...and it was delicious!! I even had a small piece for breakfast :)

His birthday cookie from his parents that we ate today, which is a tradition he gets every year. Too much food and too many sweets the last few days, I'm on sugar overload! But it sure was yummy and a fun weekend!
